Twilight

Dramatic and dark

Our darkest finish. Dramatic, mirror-like water for architectural builds.

The same pool, three different colours a day.

Gelcoat is only half the story — depth, sky and surroundings do the rest.

Morning

Low sun keeps water pale and transparent. Light finishes glow; dark finishes read soft and glassy.

Midday

Overhead sun saturates colour to its brightest. This is the swatch you see in our photos.

Evening

Every finish deepens two shades. Navy and charcoal finishes turn mirror-still and resort-dark.

About fibreglass, timelines and getting council approval in Canberra.

How long does pool installation take?

Most pools are swim ready within a few weeks of excavation. The precise timeline depends on site access and weather, but we move fast without cutting corners. However, once your build is booked, most projects are built within 2-3 days.

All pools in the ACT require approval, including fencing and safety compliance. ACT Pools lodge and manage every approval for you.

It depends on your block and budget. We build across fibreglass, concrete and pre-cast Plungie pools, and can talk you through what holds up best to Canberra’s frosts and soil.

Yes! Tight access, sloping blocks and rocky ground are standard here. We bring the right equipment and price it into your fixed quote. Since what’s underground can be hard to predict, we’re fully equipped with the right machinery to handle any challenges that come up. If rock is encountered, we’ve got equipment on hand to efficiently break down and excavate rock, ensuring your pool installation moves ahead smoothly.

Masterbuilt offers a lifetime warranty on their pool shells. This is combined with all your standard construction industry warranty periods, which are through ACT Pools as your builder. Our team will be able to advise exactly what applies to you during our initial talks and project planning period.

Follow the builds.

Fresh installs, drone shots and handover days as they happen!
